Block Scheduling

Each block is a 50-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Segment.

Combine blocks 1-4, April - July 2023, for a full 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification.

Add an additional two blocks and receive a 300-hour Ashtanga-Inspired Yoga Alliance Certification.

Individual blocks are perfect personal, deep dive, immersive experiences into the art and science of living Yoga.

Or continue your education, and sharpen your offerings as a current Yoga teacher.
